Given your situation, what you should do is Compare Sikkim Manipal University Vs Symbiosis and see which one of them address your requirements better in terms of faculty, facilities, fees, course material, assessment procedure etc. Also note that Symbiosis will offer you a PGDM degree. On the other hand, Sikkim Manipal University will offer you an MBA degree in the end (even though both are the same). So it is completely upto your expectations from each institute! Good luck!
