hey i personally feel that civil engineering, petroleum engineering and mechanical r the ones with a booming industry. These are some which are currently recession proof n goin good. you should research more on these. And there r various colleges that you cud call up n talk generally n take consulation as well. Like UTM, shillong is a really gr8 college...de have civil n petroleum both. Then there is symbiosis pune and MIT pune that u can chk out with....
