Hi Pratyusha, if medical it is for you, then you should definitely take up Science with Biology. Having Physics and Chemistry as well will help you explore other related fields in future (like Bio Technology etc). You need to prepare for your entrance exams from the end of 11th class, so that you are in a position to take up the extrance test, when you pass out of 12.
