Since you're pursuing B.Tech, it as advisable that you go for an M.Tech. However, doing MBA after B.Tech is also a good option these days. If you want to get into a management role, then we advise you to take up a course in MBA. Specialisation depends completely on your interest. 

In case you want to become an Engineer, you can take up M.Tech.

There is no problem if you want to go for a job after B.Tech. However, doing Master's increases your chances of getting a lucrative job.
