Since, you have AIEEE scores, first find out the cut-off marks of the colleges you wish to apply at and make a list of the colleges you are eligible for. For this, it is essential that you attend your counselling sessions on the dates granted by AIEEE. These sessions will not only tell you which colleges you are eligible to apply at, but also help you assess them. Then, you can do an assessment (on your own) on which college is the best of the lot. National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institute of Information Technologies (IIITs), deemed universities, technical institutions, Delhi Technological University, Delhi and other Govt. funded institutions accepting AIEEE scores.
