After B.Tech he can go for M.Tech or MBA but first he needs to decide he wants to have a academic job or a job in a company. If he is interested in teaching he should go for M.Tech otherwise he should go for MBA. Universities like LPU, AAU, SRm etc are offer wide range of specializations in both. Not only this they are also offering direct admission as well as scholarship to meritorious students.
