Bengal College of Engineering and Technology is affiliated with West Bengal University of Technology. College was set with an objective of imparting quality education in Engineering and Technology. College offers Bachelor degree and Master degree course in the field of Engineering, Computer Application and Business Administration.

The College has well organized Training & Placement Cell. The Placement cell organizes Summer and Winter training of students in Industries, Industry visits and Industry based Project work, free in- house software training courses and placement of pre-final /final year students in reputed Companies. College students have been placed in many core industries and esteemed organizations spread over the country.
