Dear student,

There are some universities and colleges in India who have tie-ups with foreign universities, wherein, both the partner universities conduct exchange programmes for the students. In that respect, there maybe colleges offering the same. But we are not aware of any particular college in Mumbai. You could ask your friends for the names and find out individually from those colleges.

But please remember, some colleges also dupe students, so please do proper R & D before taking admission.
