The hospitality sector has a lot to offer. You can be a management trainee, customer relations executive, marketing/sales executive, kitchen manager, housekeeping manager and catering officer or chefs, in hotels, flight kitchens, cruises, fast food chains and other allied industries.
As you want to go for catering course, you can opt for various diploma, certificate, degree, etc. related courses to catering such as
1. Craft Course Certificate in Food Production and patisserie
2. Bachelor of Catering Technology & Culinary Arts
3. Costa Crociere Cruise Chef Course
4. Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Catering Management
Eligibility: -
1. You should have passed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognised board.
2. You have to appear JEE NCHMCT-Joint Entrance Examination by National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, CET (GGSIPU) BHMCT-Common Entrance Test by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, etc. entrance exams followed by group discussion and personal interview to seek for admission in these courses.
However, required percentile for admission varies from course to course and college to college.
