But Training is a learning process that involves the attainment of knowledge, sharpening of skills, concepts and rules. So, training means that you are working as an employee to get trained in your work area and they need to train you because this will be your first job as a trainee.

Internship is for shorter time period whereas training is for longer time period. So internship and training are the part of each other.
