Both B.Tech & B.Arch are equally good options that you can consider. But do understand that one deals with “engineering” and the other with “architecture” both of which are two separate & distinct fields. Which course you choose should be decided by you “interest” in the field more than the “scope”, “salary prospects”etc. after a course.

Keep in mind that if you choose a field you love, you will excel in it & money & success will follow automatically! So listen to your heart & pick a course you like!
