Hi, yes you can appear for your IAS exam after doing a course in Pharmacy.

Here is the minimum eligibility criteria to appear to appear for Civil Service exam.

Academic Qualification:
Graduation course from any recognised university.

Age Limit:
21-31 years (3 years relaxation for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST)

Number of permissible attempts:
4 attempts (7 attempts for OBC and unlimited for SC/St)
