I’m assuming you are asking about BA LLB five year and LLB three year course.
As you want to know about the difference between BA LLB and LLB, the three-year Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree programme is for graduates and B. A., LL. B. integrated double degree course combines Bachelors’ degree course in Arts together with the Bachelors’ degree course in law. The law subjects covered in both the programmes are the same. The five-year degree programme also provides a foundation in social sciences and humanities.

Eligibility for BA LLB five year programme: -
1. Pass 10+2 with minimum 45% marks from any recognised board.
2. Admission will be based on UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test (UL-SAT)/ Board Merit/ CLAT Merit/ LSAT Merit followed by Group Discussion & Interview.
Eligibility for LLB three year programme: -
1. Have graduate degree with minimum 45% marks in any discipline from the recognised university.
2. Admission will be based on as per the rules of the institute.
