Both Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College (ARSD College) & Acharya Narendra Dev College are well known colleges of Delhi University (DU) that offer B.Sc (Hons) in Electronics.

Although we would not like to recommend any college over the other, it is to be noted that  Acharya Narendra Dev College has a unique distinction of being the only college in the University of Delhi that is primarily for science. Though a young college, Acharya was listed among the ten best colleges in Science in the India Today survey in 2010.
