If you are sure about doing coding and making a career in this field, then I would suggest that you opt for one of the colleges (basis availability) for a computer science course. You would learn details on subjects that will help you get shortlisted for interviews, coding language is not the only thing that makes a great computer science candidate. I'd suggest you opt for a IIIT or NIT in case you get a CS option there. Of course before opting for it, do your research on the kind of companies that come there, and what the options would be like 4 years from now when you graduate. Most of the new colleges will have a strong presence by then, or would have miserably remained as also rans. All the best
