the best institutes tht i know are SID pune NIFT delhi raffles mumbai UTM shillong.... u can chl ol of dese for fashion designing!! my cousin is currently studying in UTM...thou she is doin her course in tourism der but she told me about fashion designing course as im also planning for it....
