For Biology: Nothing works like NCERT text. Get thorough with it first. Then refer to good books like Truemans Elementary Biology/Pradeep’s Biology/MTG (Biology Today) CBSE PMT/ AC Dutta for Botany (Oxford Publication). These books are good not just for AIPMT but also for PMT, UPMT, AIIMS etc. Also get hold of any good question bank so that you can constantly test yourself. Most importantly, get hold of the last 10 years’ question papers for practice.
 For Chem & Physics: Again, hold NCERT close to you. Dinesh Subjective Physics and Chemistry work best for detailed concepts. Also refer to HC Verma for Physics, Morrision Boyd for Organic Chem, Arihant Organic Chemistry, Peter Atkins and Julio de Paula for Physical Chemistry.
