Hi Manish,
The best option for you is to pursue course in Plastic Engineering/Technology. Plastic technology programmes are available as diploma, degree and post graduate level.
• Diploma in Plastic Technology
• B.E. in Plastic Technology
• M.E. in Plastic Technology
However, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering and Polymer Engineering are also good options for you.
Chemical engineering deals with physical science, and life sciences in the process of converting raw materials or chemicals into more useful or valuable forms.

Polymer Engineering is an interdisciplinary area comprised of chemical, physical, engineering, processing, and theoretical aspects and provides the basis for the creation and characterisation of polymeric materials and an understanding for structure/property relationships.
Biotechnology has applications in four major industrial areas, including health care (medical), crop production and agriculture, industrial uses of crops and other products (e.g. biodegradable plastics, vegetable oils, bio fuels) and environmental uses. Industrial biotechnology is the application of biotechnology which is used for industrial purposes, including manufacturing, alternative energy and biomaterials.
