AP Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) is required to take admission to the undergraduate courses like BDS, B.Pharm., B.Sc., Pharm.D., B.E, B.Tech, etc offered by some engineering and medical colleges located in Andhra Pradesh. The exam is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada on behalf of The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE).

Aspirants should have passed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as optional subjects or any related vocational courses in Engineering and Technology stream.
Students appearing in 10+2 are also eligible to apply for AP EAMCET 2020.
OR
Students completing or appearing three years’ Diploma in engineering field are also eligible.
Candidates should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
Candidates should have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as optional subject from a recognized board.
Those appearing in 10+2 are also eligible.

Applicants should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma Examination in Pharmacy course
Aspirants should secure at least 45% marks (40% for reserved category students) in the subjects specified taken together in the qualifying examination.
Students must be 16 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
Applicants should have attained the age of 17 years as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the students and 25 years for SC/ST students.
Candidates should be at least 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.
Applicants should belong to either Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. The candidates should satisfy Local / Non-Local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.

Candidates can apply for AP EAMCET through online mode only by visiting the official website of AP EAMCET.
Applicants should pay the registration fee using these two methods:
After filling up all the required details, candidates will get an Online Application Form that contains Registration Number along with filled in details. Take a print out of the form and attach a recent colour photograph duly attested by the Gazetted Officer or Principal of the College where studied qualifying examination.
(Note: This print out is to be submitted to the Invigilator during the examination)

The registration fee for AP EAMCET is Rs. 250/-
Seat allotment for all the qualified candidates will be through the process of counselling. List of institutions for allotment of candidates with intake in different courses as per reservation will be released on the official website of AP EAMCET.
