Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. (JAM) is being held to offer admissions to Integrated Ph.D. Degree Programmes at IISc Bangalore and M.Sc. (Four Semesters), Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree, etc. Programmes at IITs. JAM 2018 will be conducted by IIT Bombay on February 11, 2018 (Sunday). The examination will be conducted in online mode for all test papers i.e. Computer Based Test (CBT). All seven test papers will be completely objective type with three different patterns of questions, namely Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions.

All nationals (Indian/Foreign) who have a relevant graduation degree with minimum 55% marks can apply for the examination through online portal, http://jam.iitb.ac.in. There is no age limit to appear in JAM 2018. The online registration will be commenced from 05 September 2020. Before applying for IIT JAM Exam, candidates are recommended to read all the eligibility conditions. The last to submit the completely filled online application form with requisite registration fee is 30 September 2020.

IIT JAM 2018 Application Details

IIT JAM 2018 Application is a six-step procedure beginning from online registration to filling the application form to paying the application fee and saving a copy of the filled JAM application. The candidate must provide an active and valid E-mail address in the application form, as all communications to the candidate will be sent to their registered E-mail address.

Step 1: Register Online through JAM Online Application Processing System (JOAPS) link available at website http://jam.iitb.ac.in

Step 2: Successful registration for JAM 2018 and login window for applications

Step 3: Filling online application and upload photograph, signature and other required documents like category certificate, PwD certificate (if applicable), etc

Step 4: Pay the Application Fee through online mode

Step 5: Download and print of the filled-in JAM 2018 application form
