NMIMS Management Aptitude Test (NMAT) exam is administered by Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). NMAT by GMAC is an online management entrance examination which opens doors to many top-notched management programmes in India. The exam is required to take admission in MBA/ PGDM programs in SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and 19 other management institutes and universities. NMAT 2020 will be conducted across 44 cities in India and 4 international cities.
NMAT by GMAC 2020 will be conducted in computer based mode and its duration will be two hours. 120 questions from three sections will be asked in the exam to analyse the basic aptitude of the candidates. Every year, more than 40,000 candidates appear for this entrance examination.

All the candidates must check the NMAT by GMAC Eligibility norms before applying for the exam. Once the registration is done, the application fee will not be refunded. Candidates appearing for NMAT 2020 have to fulfil the basic eligibility criteria which are as follows:
Apart from that, each NMAT participating institute has its own eligibility criteria, which must be met by the candidates. In case they will fail to fulfil the NMAT 2020 eligibility criteria, he/she will be disqualified at the time of NMAT selection procedure.

The application process for NMAT by GMAC 2020 has started from July 4. Candidates can apply by visiting the official website of NMAT by GMAC and register themselves using a valid email id. For the registration, candidates will have to fill their personal, educational and other details in the application form of NMAT by GMAC. Registration window for NMAT will remain open till October 3, 2020
After filling up the personal and contact information, educational and work experience and all the other details, candidates will need to pay the test fee. After submitting all the details, the candidate will need to upload a photograph. Once the registration procedure is complete and the payment is received, the candidate will get a unique username and password that will allow the candidate to schedule their examination.
For those who fail to register within the time bound, can also register later as an option for late registration is also available from October 4 to October 14.

After the announcement of NMAT 2020 result, selection procedure for NMAT by GMAC will begin. All the participating colleges will declare the cut-off for each programme. Candidates who will meet the cut0off will be called for the further rounds of admission. The result of NMAT 2020 is expected to be released in the 3rd week of January 2018. While filling the NMAT application form, candidates have to select colleges accepting NMAT 2020 scores. After the declaration of result, scores will be sent to the participating institutes chosen by the candidate. Selection procedure for all the colleges may be different from each other. Apart from the entrance examination, the selection process will include case discussions, personal interview and writing ability test.

GMAC has released the list of NMAT 2020 examination centre. This entrance exam will be held across 44 cities in India and 4 international cities. Candidates will have to choose the best city in the application form of NMAT. They can select the NMAT test centre as per their convenience. Self-scheduling option is available to select the exam city for NMAT by GMAC. Candidates can select the date and time of the test in a real time mode, based on the availability of seats at each of the centres. Scheduling can be done while filling the NMAT 2020 application form from July 4 to December 15, 2020.
