The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination, commonly known as OJEE is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee (OJEEC). The exam is required for taking admission to Homeopathy/ Ayurveda/ Pharmacy and Integrated MBA (5 years), Lateral Admission to Second Year (3rd Semester), Engineering/ Technology/ Pharmacy/ MCA and First Year Master’s Degree courses in Computer Application (MCA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), M. Tech/ M. Pharm/ M. Arch/ M. Plan.
OJEE 2020: All You Need to Know
The candidate should have passed 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry as mandatory subjects along with Mathematics / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational Subjects.
The applicant must have secured minimum 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST category) in the above-mentioned subjects.
There is no age bar to apply for Pharmacy courses via OJEE exam.
The candidate must have passed 12th with Science stream including Physics, Chemistry & Biology (Botany and Zoology) from a recognised board.
The applicant should have secured minimum 50% marks (40% marks for SC/ST students).
The candidate must have attained the age of 17 years as on December 31, 2016.
Candidates applying for Engineering or Technology courses through lateral entry should have completed or be appearing in three years’ Diploma in the relevant subjects from State Council of Technical Education and Training (SCTE&VT), Odisha or AICTE approved institutes.
Candidates applying for Pharmacy courses through lateral entry should have a two years’ Diploma in Pharmacy after 10+2 approved by Odisha State Board of Pharmacy (OSBP) or SCTE&VT or AICTE institutes.
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Science with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST students) from a recognised university.
The applicant must have studied Mathematics at 10+2 level.
Candidates applying for MCA program through OJEE test must have completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
The applicant must have studied Mathematics either at 10+2 or at graduation level.
(Note: Business Mathematics at 10+2 level is not permitted)
If the candidate has studied BCA/ B.Sc ((IT/CS/IST/ITM) with Mathematics as a subject, s/he is not required to have Mathematics at +2 level.
The applicant should have secured minimum 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ST).
There is no age bar for admission to MCA course through OJEE 2020.
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
The applicant must have obtained minimum 50% marks (45% marks for students belonging to SC/ST category).
No age limitation for MBA applicants
The candidate should have passed B.Tech or M.Sc in the relevant field in order to be eligible for OJEE 2020 exam.
The applicant should have secured 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ST).
No age limit for admission to regular M.Tech programs.
The applicant must have completed a Bachelor’s degree program in the relevant discipline or field.
Along with the graduate degree, the aspirant must have minimum two years’ full-time experience in a registered firm / Company / Industry / Educational Institute in relevant field.
There is no age restriction for M.Tech Part Time programs.
The candidate should have a graduate degree in Pharmacy with at least 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST students) from a recognised university.
No age restrictions for admission to M.Pharma program.
A Bachelor’s degree in the field of Architecture or relevant field is required.
Applicant must have secured at least 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST).
No Age restriction to apply for M.Arch course.
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
Architecture, Planning, Civil Engineering
Or
A Master’s Degree in Economics, Geography, Sociology, Anthropology, Environmental Science, Statistics, Social works with specialisation in Community Development and Rural Development.
Must have secured at least 50% (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category)
The candidate should have passed or been appearing in 10+2 from a recognised board.
The applicant must have passed in all the subjects and must have minimum 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) in all the subjects taken together.
No age limitation for admission to Integrated MBA program.

The applicant should visit the official website of OJEEC i.e. www.ojee.nic.in or www.odishajee.com to apply for OJEE exam.
Click on the button “Online Student Registration System” and choose the application form as per the course selected.
Fill up all the information required and upload a recent photograph and signature.
After filling up the application form, pay the application fee via using Debit Card/ Credit Card (VISA / MASTER / Maestro cards/ Net Banking).
Once the payment will be done, keep a copy of submitted application form for future references.

Once the OJEE 2020 results declared, the exam conducting body will prepare the merit list and qualified candidates will be called for the counselling.
