Pedagogy

The teaching approach will be highly interactive leveraging technology and deploying a judicious mix of pedagogical tools and techniques, including lectures, async, case discussions, project work, term papers, assignments, etc.

Program Delivery

• Sessions for this IIM Indore healthcare management will be conducted via a state-of-the-art Interactive Learning (IL) platform and delivered in Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode that can be accessed by learners on their Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone. Participants will be provided reading materials, etc., for each course, as and when required. They may also interact with the concerned faculty through e-mails/chat mode. Please note that a laptop/desktop with a webcam and microphone is a must for attending exams.
• The medium of instruction for the programme will be English.

Campus Immersion

• There will be three days of campus immersion at IIM Indore.
• The in-campus modules are subject to the conditions that prevail at that point of time. One or two sessions from some of the courses will become part of the on-campus orientation module. In case the on-campus module is not confirmed due to unavoidable reasons, the same will be included in the total number of online sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum three years* of domain experience post completion of qualifying education
• Diploma (10+2+3)/Graduates (10+2+3 or its equivalent)/Postgraduates from universities recognised by the State Government, UGC, AICTE, DEC or AIU, in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks at either UG/PG level

*Internships and trainee experiences will not be considered as full-time work experience.

Rohit is a faculty in the Operations Management and Quantitative Techniques area. He is a fellow of IIM Ahmedabad. His research interests are in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Production Planning,

Certificate and Assessment

Assessment & Evaluation

• The performance of participants will be monitored on a continuous evaluation basis through quizzes, assignments, tests, and examinations.
• The participant is required to score minimum marks/grades as decided by the Institute from time to time to complete the course.

Attendance Criteria

• Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. However, participants may take leave on account of emergencies, subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator.
• A minimum of 75% attendance is a prerequisite for the successful completion of the programme.
• For less than 75% attendance, a grade cut will be applied as per the norms.
• If the attendance is below 30%, the participant will not be eligible for awarding the Certificate

Alumni Status

• Successful participants will also be accorded IIM Indore Executive Education Alumni status. The participants will need to apply for the alumni status separately along with the necessary fee to register themselves. Current alumni membership plans are as follows:
• 2-year membership – _1,000 + Applicable Taxes
• Lifetime membership – _10,000 + Applicable Taxes

• In case of participants paying fee via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Cheque, or DD, they will get a waiver of 1.5% (maximum ₹TBD) on an overall fee of ₹5,300. Only applicable if all payments are made through same mode.
• All fees are payable directly to Times Edutech and Events Limited (TEEL).

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

In case a candidate's profile is rejected by IIM Indore, ₹2,500 of the Application Fee is non-refundable.
