Pedagogy of the IIM Kozhikode Financial Management programme includes lectures, real-life case studies,

Programme Delivery
The interactive learning component forms the core of EPGP. The Instructors facilitate the learning
through two-way audio/video synchronous telecommunication mode from the studios set up at IIIMK campus.
The technology allows the instructor to use PowerPoint presentations, video, audio, whiteboards to
effectively communicate the ideas and interact with the participants who attend the sessions from
selected TimesPro centres, located at different cities in India.

Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria of the IIM Kozhikode Financial Management programme include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate
marks or equivalent CGPA
- 3 years of managerial, entrepreneurial, or professional work experience after
graduation as of the deadline for submitting the online application
- Work experience before completion of the bachelor's degree will not be considered The
bachelor's degree must be awarded by a university incorporated by a state or central legislature in
India, or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament, or recognized as a
university by the Ministry of HRD in India
- If grades or CGPA are awarded instead of marks, the conversion to percentage of marks
will be based on the university's conversion procedure If the university does not have a conversion
scheme for CGPA, the equivalence will be calculated by dividing the candidate's CGPA by the maximum
possible CGPA and multiplying by 100.

Certificate and Assessment
Assessment
The teaching approach for the IIM Kozhikode Financial Management programme will be interactive and
utilize technology to enhance learning. The pedagogy will be a blend of lectures, real-life case
studies, quizzes, assignments, lecture-discussions, case study method, behavioral and computer-based
simulations, projects, and class presentations.
Assessment for each course will include end-term examinations (after each quarter), quizzes, assignments,
projects, and other methods.
Instructors will use a 13-level grading scale, ranging from A+ to F, to evaluate students' academic
performance in each course.
The grading scale and corresponding grade points are as follows:
The final Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) for the program will be calculated by summing the grade
points for all courses, multiplying by the credits for each course, and dividing by the total number of
credits for all courses. This CGPA will be used to determine the award of the certificate.
Certification & Alumni status
Participants of the IIM Kozhikode Financial Management programme, on successful completion of the one
year programme would be awarded, “Executive Post Graduate Certificate in Financial Management”.
Successful candidates will also be accorded IIM Kozhikode Alumni status.
Attendance Criteria
A minimum of 75% attendance is a prerequisite for the successful completion of the IIM Kozhikode
Financial Management programme for each course in each quarter.
